शान्ति

"shanti" (शान्ति) in Sanskrit means peace, tranquility, calmness, or quietude. 

Here at Shanti Spaces, we cultivate shanti (peace) through pranayama (breath), asana (postures), and pratyahara (withdrawal of senses). My classes are gentle, focusing solely on mobility & stretch and restorative yoga.

“Attended my first Stretch class with Xin Wei and never looked back. I am a person who is considered inflexible and had concerns about joining the stretch class, but the concerns were quickly diminished as Xin Wei was patient to slowly guide and offer alternative poses if any of the students was not able to perform a certain pose.
